Janie will teach the fundamentals of design, color and message using watercolors. This class is for beginners with little experience and will lead students through a step-by-step process of painting.
Beginning Watercolor with Janie Edwards Supply List
- .5oz. tube of watercolors in three colors: yellow, blue & red I recommend M. Graham & Co. watercolors (their choice)
- Watercolor block or single sheets of hot press or cold press 140lb. paper not smaller than 9” x 12”.
- One flat synthetic brush, one round brush size 12 or larger, one small pointed brush.
- Number 2 pencil and an eraser.
- Palette & paper towels
*Pre-registration is required for Art School classes; classes will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Students will be registered ONLY on receipt of payment. Enrollment requirements for all classes: 3 students minimum. Classes with low enrollment are cancelled 48 hours before the class is scheduled to begin.
Refunds and Cancellation Policies: If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, a full refund will be issued. Refunds or class credit will not be issued for any other reason than cancellation of a class due to low enrollment.
