The Hidden Gems of the Northwest
A Plein Air Exhibition at Spokane Art School, in Spokane, WA.
Spokane Art School invites artists from Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana to submit plein air paintings that celebrate the hidden gems of the Palouse and Inland Northwest. Think rolling hills, forgotten farm roads, secret valleys, and wide, wind-swept skies—captured on location with brush in hand.
Entry Fee:
- $35 per image for Professional Artists
- $20 per image for Emerging Artists
* Rates will be discounted if you enter three pieces: $90 per three images for a Professional Artist. $50 per three image for an Emerging Artist.
* Incomplete entries will not be considered.
Important Dates
Painting Period: Now thru May 12
Submission Deadline: Monday, May 12
Notification of Acceptance: Monday, May 19
Artwork Drop-Off: May 27–30, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Exhibition Dates: June 6–27
Opening Reception: Friday, June 6, 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Artwork Pick-Up: Monday, June 30, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
