Paint the Rainbow: Beginner’s Color Theory Using Watercolor with Andi Keating

Saturday, September 13, 12:30-2:30 p.m.

$28 + $10 supply fee = $38

Ages 11-adult

Using primarily watercolors as the instrument of demonstration, Andi aims to help students learn to mix whatever color they wish using limited color palettes. You will also discuss different common color schemes using the color wheel as an aid and show how the color wheel can be used practically when planning paintings for maximum cohesiveness. Since it’s watercolors, Andi will also explain why some paints in the same color family produce different results and how to hypothetically predict what a different color will do.
