Unleash your imagination in this hands-on, creative class where you’ll design and draw your very own mythical creature! This class guides you through the process of crafting a creature that’s all your own. From brainstorming names and powers to determining their habitat and backstory, you’ll learn how to create a fully fleshed-out creature that belongs in your own fantasy world.
Creature Design: Explore different mythologies and animal anatomy to create a creature with a compelling look and unique features.
Backstory and Abilities: Craft your creature’s origins, powers, and role in a mythical world.
World-building: Place your creature in a setting, creating environments that fit their needs and personality.

Koreena Nagai
Koreena is a visual artist with a background in animation and graphic design, passionate about creating unique fantasy characters. Working across both digital and traditional media, her art blends whimsy with the uncanny—often exploring the “creepycute” aesthetic, where eerie meets adorable. Driven by a love for imaginative storytelling and offbeat creatures, Koreena brings her characters to life through detailed illustrations and handmade monster plushies. Her art opens a door to uncanny realms where misfits and monsters feel right at home.
