Youth Summer Camp Proposal - Due no later than April 30
Please fill out a separate form for each potential class.
We are planning week-long camps (Monday–Friday) with 1½-hour instructional blocks offered in three daily time slots.
Instructors are required to have a valid business license. We will also conduct a WSP background check and require you to sign and follow our Code of Conduct.
This form is for youth summer camps only.
The deadline for youth summer class proposals is April 30.
