Youth Summer Camp Proposal - Due March 1
Please fill out a separate form for each potential class.
We are planning week-long camps (Monday–Friday) with 1½-hour instructional blocks offered in three daily time slots.
Instructors are required by the City of Spokane to have a valid business license. We will also conduct a WSP background check and require you to sign and follow our Code of Conduct.
This form is for youth summer camps only. General class proposals will be accepted March 2-13.
The deadline for youth summer class proposals is March 1.
